This delightful recently renovated self catering farmhouse nestles at the foot of Aran Fawddwy within the tranquil Cywarch Valley near Dinas Mawddwy in Mid Wales. The cottage has handcrafted doors and floors made from local oak. It is tastefully furnished to a very high standard.

Downstairs: The beautiful large kitchen has an oil Rayburn and is fully fitted with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave and ironing facilities. There is a utility room and cycle storage which makes this holiday cottage ideal for mountain biking holidays.

The large living room has a wood burning stove set inside an old slate and stone fireplace. There is a TV with Sky and a DVD player. There is also a dining room.

Upstairs: There are three bedrooms, two double and a bunk bed room. The spacious bathroom has a basin, WC, bath and shower.

Outside: There is a beautiful large garden and patio area, garden furniture, barbecue, and access to the surrounding fields. There is ample car parking, including some undercover parking.
